Sophisticated blend of the main white grape varieties of the appellation, this white Côtes du Rhône offers an intense nose of white flowers and fresh fruits. Ideal for an improvised aperitif or a lunch.
This Côtes du Rhône is a blend of Grenache, Roussane, Clairette Blanche, Marsanne, Viognier and Bourboulenc grapes from clay limestone soils from the North of the Vaucluse and Gard. With a Southern French climate renowned for its contrasts; it endures the summer heat and Mistral wind.
The harvest is realised early in the morning to preserve primary aromas of the grapes. Each grape variety is vinified individually to develop their own characteristics. Optimized settling to boost aromatic potential, fermentation at very low temperature (12 - 14°C). The ageing in vats lasts for 6 months before bottling.
Pale robe with green hints. Fine and elegant with complex notes of white flowers and fruit (peach and pear). Well-balanced in mouth with fruit aromas at the finish.
As an aperitif, with fish in sauce or white meat. Enjoy it cool between 10°C to 12°C, now or cellar for up to 3 years.
Born during the 3rd century in Spain, Saint Vincent has been considered as the patron saint of winegrowers. Given that “Vincent” means “triumphant” in Latin, the choice of this name for our cuvée needs no further explanation !
