After an important follow-up work carried out in the parcel to obtain perfectly healthy grapes at optimum maturity. The grapes were immediately pressed and placed in vats. The alcoholic fermentation, deliberately short (10 days) was done under neutral atmosphere with daily pumping over.
Vinification without added sulphites.

Store in a cool and dry place away from light.
Best enjoyed young.
Ideally open 1 or 2 hours before serving to oxygenate the wine and reveal its aromas.
