Vinification without added sulfites. After intense work in the vineyard to ensure a healthy and perfectly ripe harvest, the grapes were placed in oxygen-free tanks to begin fermentation. The tanks were worked gently with daily pump-overs. The finished wine was drawn off the skins quite early to avoid too much tannin extraction and to maintain a generous fruit profile.
A very generous "nature" style with a fine, juicy structure. Fresh and charming with intense aromas of red fruits.

Best enjoyed young.
Ideally open 1 or 2 hours before serving to oxygenate the wine and reveal its aromas.
