Bouteille Côtes du Rhône blanc bio GMSI
Concentration aromatique

Throughout the year, the planets were perfectly aligned: no frost, winter rains to replenish the soil and a generous summer sunshine without excessive heat. These ideal climatic conditons resulted in very healthy grapes and an excellent sanitary state. A remarkable vintage as much by the quality of the berries as by the duration of the harvest ! Côtes du Rhône Bio

This ECOCERT- certified (Organic certification agency) Côtes du Rhône is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Clairette grapes, grown according to organic agriculture standards.

The grapes are planted on clay limestone soils in the Vaucluse, the Drôme and the Gard regions.

The harvest took place early in the morning to preserve the primary floral and fruit aromas of the grapes. Each variety is vinified individually to develop their own characteristics. Optimized settling of the lees to boost aromatic potential, fermentation at low temperature (13 - 15°C). Ageing in vats lasts around 6 months before bottling.
Vegan Friendly.

Note de dégustation:

An attractive green-straw hue. The nose is open and generous with lovely floral notes and on the palate shows a vibrant and fresh profile of white-flesh fruit such as pear and apple.

Service & accords:

Delicious on its own as an aperitif, or paired with a vegetarian pie (asparagus, tomato, zucchini...), cod accras or salmon with dill. Enjoy it cool, between 10°C to 12°C.

The name of this organic cuvée refets to Saint François d’Assise, saint patron of ecologists and nature’s friends.
