This Crozes Hermitage is made from Syrah grapes from soils of granite slopes, pebble stones and terraces of the Rhône river. A perfect blend to offer a textured, smooth and juicy wine.


After a difficult spring, the excellent health of the red grapes of Crozes- Hermitage allowed to leave them to continue ripening untill the second week of October. Despite lower volumes than previous year, this vintage shows wines with a nice texture and aromatic expression.

100% Syrah


This Crozes Hermitage is made from Syrah grapes from soils of granite slopes, pebbles stones and terraces on the left bank of the Rhône River.


Destemmed and crushed. The fermentation lasts 20 days with temperature control to preserve aromas. Wine is racked off and undergoes malolactic fermentation. Maturing in vats for 12 months. Ageing in bottle.

Tasting notes: 

Crimson colour with bright deep purple reflects. The nose develops liquorice and violet notes. The palate is smooth, lively with stewed black fruits flavours and a spicy finish.

Food pairing : Brochette of beef marinated with spices.
Service temperature : 16°C.
Optimum maturity : 2014-2018.

We have chosen the name « Saint Pierre » as a reference to the oldest monument of the department, the “Saint Peter tower”, which proudly overlooks the village of Serves sur Rhône, on the Crozes Hermitage appellation.
