IGP Pays d'Oc wines are produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon, in 4 departments bordering the Mediterranean Sea: Pyrénées Orientales, Aude, Hérault and Gard. Each grape varieties find its expression in a variety of soils: clay, limestone, schist, stony and sand soils, all of which produce dense and complex aromas.
