Our “Gabriel” collection is named after the illustrious founder of the winery, Gabriel Meffre. Very early on he selected certain grape varieties with the aim of producing exciting and flavourful wines. It is to celebrate this adventurous and visionary spirit that we created this uniquely retro cuvée in his honour.

Winemaking

The grapes are selected and harvested at optimum ripeness to preserve the rich varietal character. They are then de-stemmed and crushed and the juice fermented at controlled temperature. The wine is matured several months in tank before bottling. Vegan Friendly.
