The wines of the range
AOP Gigondas
AOP Côtes du Rhône

Maison Gabriel Meffre presents its collection of top-of-the-range Rhône Valley cuvées.
Signed 1936, the Maison’s birth date, this range highlights the three appellations emblematic of its expertise and history:
Côtes-du-Rhône
Côtes-du-Rhône villages Plan-de-Dieu
Gigondas

To produce these wines, a selection of different terroirs is made on the basis of several criteria, such as altitude, exposure, soil type, ripeness specific to each sector…
In the cellar, we use specific blends to extract the quintessence of each wine. The wines are aged with a high level of precision to obtain wines of great aromatic complexity, combining generosity, roundness and fine fruit.
The Reflection of our Values
On our coat of arms, the vine ornaments symbolize La Maison’s expertise.
The pediment represents a historic architectural element of the winery.
The heraldic sun illustrates the strength of nature and the generous character of Rhone Valley wines.
The symbolism of the winegrower’s hand holding the grapes highlights the work of man and his know-how.
The “huchet” (olive branch), linked to the Gigondas coat of arms, is the mark of our local roots.
The vine expresses our commitment to sustainability and respect for biodiversity.
Last but not least, our motto “Semper Voluptas” and the GM monogram complete the picture.
