A gastronomic rosé, made on our estate in Costières de Nîmes. Served between 11 and 12°C, it reveals its potential with bold dishes, such as wild salmon gravlax with citrus fruits, or linguine pasta with prawns in a coconut-curry sauce.
Anthony Taylor, Brand Ambassador, explains:
“The 2019 vintage has been a remarkable success, with its very pale robe. It is airy, pulpy and crunchy all at once, with very pleasant notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as a slightly tart pear. A white grape variety accounts for 15% of the blend, making it a very fresh and moreish wine. It can be enjoyed alone or to acompany withe meat dishes, such a Ceasar salad or grilled meats”.

The 2019 vintage is represented in all-new white and gold packaging, wich is refined and very stylish, reflecting elegance.
Anthony speaks with relish
“Its very flavoursome bouquet of redcurrant and raspberry is ideally combined with a good level of acidity, to avoid heaviness on the palate. the very typical style of the Saint-Victoire plots is perceptible. They produce a mineral wine, bursting with freshness. It pairs well with cold dishes, grilled vegetables platters and summer salads.”
To be serve between 10 and 12 °C for a successful tasting.
Fat bastard rosé – a no-nonsense wine!
This is the enfant terrible of our rosé range ! With its “irreverent” name mascot, in a world that remains fairly traditional it is very popular among young consumers, who tend to look for wines that are not overly complex and are easy to drink for all types of occasions. It is the bottle to keep in your fridge all summer long with a screw top that make it easy to pop back in and keep for a few days longer !
Anthony explains:
“We made this wine to be accessible, in term of its taste, and a pleasant as possible on the palate, without complexity. In the mouth it has a very moreish touch of vineyard peach. It is a rosé with red fruit notes and roundness, wich is very popular among less seasoned consumers, as it does not have too much acidity.”
Gabriel rosé – round and moreish
“Gabriel” named, in tribute to our founder, is a range of wines with varieties that are very representative of their region. With this rosé made in the vineyards of Languedoc, harvests are done at night, or very early in the morning, to preserve the quality of the grapes bunches as far as possible, until their arrival at the cellar. With its beautiful light pink robe and notes of small red fruits, this Gabriel wine is another ideal companion for aperitifs. As with all of our cuvées, it is suitable for vegan.
Valérie Vincent puts it simply:
“It is typically a wine to take with you for a picnic or lunch in the country with friends. Moreish and aromatic, it is an excellent place to start for people discovering wine, before moving on to more complex appellation wines.”
Côtes du Rhône Gabriel Meffre Saint Vincent – harmony and freshness
This wine is made with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. In the mouth, it is airy and very well balanced, with notes of raspberry and redcurrant. It is suitable for aperitifs and should be served cold (12°C).
Anthony describes it as follows:
“This Côte du Rhône rosé is a great success, as it fairly light in terms of alcohol. It is beautiful deep purple colour and fresh raspberry appearance are very attractive visually. Its lightness roundness and drinkability make this an excellent table wine, wich is able to adapt to a wide culinary palette from the most refined dishes, including grilled meats, fish, shellfish, salads, and spicy dishes“.
