Our ever-popular CSR workshops

Since 2011, a “CSR morning” has been held every two years to raise awareness of our CSR commitments amongst employees, whilst breaking down barriers between departments and roles. In 2021, this sociable and informative get-together took place at our Orange site, where some employees were not aware that a winemaking vat was installed in 2018. Activities included a quiz on organic and HVE3 accreditations, as well as fun workshops on food safety or quality-of-life in the workplace. “The morning workshop called for a high level of involvement,” says Audrey Chaufournier, quality, safety and environment manager and lead coordinator of our CSR strategy, “but our employees are very committed. It’s a fun way to familiarise them with action points we have already implemented, come up with new ones and make certain subjects easier to understand. Next time, we hope to be able to give greater consideration to employees’ initiatives outside the company, a topic that will be discussed by a new internal task force.”
